Scot Seats was established by the Young
family approximately 10 years ago.

In a Scot Rail Train which Scot Seats refurbished the seats
The family at the time were specialists in selling used 4x4
vehicles and most customers wanted models with extra seats,
which were generally hard to find.
At that point they employed one man to manufacture 7 seater
kits for 4x4’s, they have now progressed to being an
ISO 9001 2000 approved company employing 40 plus members of
staff manufacturing Britain’s biggest range of vehicle
extra seating including manufacturing seating for the MOD,
Fire Brigade, Ambulance Service, Local Authorities and British
Rail to name just a few.

Scot Seats currently dispatch some stock orders to customers
overnight and most within 3 to 7 working days by overnight
carrier, they also supply into Northern & Southern Ireland,
mainland Europe and on occasions have shipped seats to Canada,
Iceland & Africa.
Part of Scot Seats success is in the fact they have invested
thousands of pounds on having seats crash tested.
Their designer Alex Young and Head of Production James Crawford
have designed and manufactured seats to suit almost any requirement
the end user may have and pride themselves on the quality,
comfort and safety of their seats.
This is shown by the fact they issue a 12 month warranty
on all their seats and Certificates of Conformity for every
seat they fit through one of their Nationwide fitting agents.
