New S2H Bolster Seat from Scot Seat KPM Marine

Scot Seats have unveiled a new seat at the Marine Equipment Trade Show (METS) 2017. The S2H Bolster Seat allows for flexible seating position for a helmsman. Based on the successful S2H base, the seat can provide comfort when a full seat is required.  When the helmsman wants to use the seat in the standing position then the seat base folds up to provide a rest. The simple fold mechanism takes seconds to alter meaning ease of use for the operator.

The seat comes with 2 armrests which can be moved upwards for easy side access to the seat.  To provide the maximum flexibility in the cockpit, the seat can also work on the Harken rail system that Scot Seat use on many of their other seat models.

The seat is perfect for leisure boats and vessels and is particularly useful for different boat helmsmen and flexibility in seat positioning.

As with all Scot Seat range, the seat can be fitted with SKYDEK for additional comfort to reduce the impact of shock mitigation and it can be upholstered in a wide range of fabrics and finishes, depending on the customers’ requirements.  Custom embroidery can also be incorporated into the seat.  As with all S2H seats, the Bolster Seat is fitted as standard with FOX Shocks providing a progressive air spring which gives a bottomless feel to the seat while using the least amount of suspension travel, keeping the seat stable.

Scot Seats have exhibited at METS for many years and last year launched their S2H Bucket Seat at the exhibition.  They meet many of their customers at the show and it was important to have this new design ready for the 2018 edition.
