Scot Seat Group to supply to Scottish Ferry Terminal

Scot Seat Group was recently commissioned to design and manufacture bespoke flip-up seats for a project close to home. The ferry to the Isle of Arran has a new ferry terminal at Brodick Pier, and Scot Seat has designed bespoke polished stainless steel flip-up seats as part of the new build project. The seats are on the passenger ramp from the terminal to the ferry.

The Isle of Arran is the closest of the Scottish islands to the Scot Seat factory and the team often visit when carrying out boat seat testing.

The ferry run by Caledonian MacBrayne is a busy route with approximately 850,000 passengers transported last year alone.  As well as being local to their factory the bespoke flip-up seats demonstrate how Scot Seat is able to design and adapt designs to precisely match their customers’ requirements.
