Our factory is located in Ayrshire, Scotland. From there we have good motorway and airport links to deliver our products worldwide and meet customers.

In 2019 Scot Seat completed the build of their custom designed 2200sqm factory situated on their 4 acre site, leaving room for continued expansion.

There are many in house skills which are as follows:

• Design Office:
  SolidWorks 3D modelling and AutoCAD in-house capabilities

• Metalwork Department:
  Metal cutting and preparation, MIG / TIG welding, Sheet metalworking, JIG design production and JIG work, Machining and laser capabilities

• Joinery:
  CNC routers and skilled hand craftsmen for pattern and JIG making

• Upholstery:
  Precision cutting machinery for pattern and production, industrial sewing machines for all types of material stitching, foam cutting abilities for prototype and production.

• Composites:
  In house tool and mould design and manufacture, multi-axle glass hand laminating and RTM moulding and production capabilities

• Coatings Department:
  Electrostatic coating abilities for water based paint and powder.

• Fitting / Prototype Department:
  Vehicle hydraulic lifts fitting equipment for prototyping / design of new seat and track installations and general seat fittings.
